Year 7 Camp

... and the Valens boys are off to their Year 7 Camp

The boys are on their way to the Sydney Academy of Sport and Recreation in Narrabeen. They will be accompanied by some of their senior boarding brothers, which adds on to the excitement for our Valens boys. As mentioned by Alicia Price (Year 7 Leader), this camp will provide and opportunity for the students to move to their next stage of transition by developing:

• A sense of community

• Team Spirt with Year 7

• Personal independence

• An understanding of one’s worth

• Beginning to develop confidence in one’s ability

• Self esteem
